MAXIO Robot-Guided Oncology System
Accelerated Design Development, coupled with US-based Usability Testing, yields rapid 510k Clearance
Perfint Healthcare collaborated with BH to develop the MAXIO robotic system for diagnosis, planning and intervention in the oncology CT suite under an extremely ambitious schedule. The project consisted of usability testing in parallel with late development industrial design of the MAXIO enclosure system and the optimization of the graphic user interface (GUI). The scope included the development of a usability engineering plan and executing the process, including formative and summative testing which resulted in their first 510k clearance.
