Jesse has over 17 years of experience in the mechanical and systems design of a wide range of product fields, including product and manufacturing equipment in the commercial, industrial, and medical industries. This includes research, prototype testing, manufacturing setup, risk management and quality assurance. Jesse obtained his BSME from Walla Walla University, WA. He has successfully managed multiple R&D programs through to production release, including offshore manufacture. Throughout his career, Jesse has focused and exceled in design for manufacturability, materials and process selection, design verification, design validation, and risk management pertaining to process and design.

At BlackHägen Design, Jesse leverages his substantial experience with design software and methods. As QA Manager, Jesse is also responsible for maintaining and optimizing the QMS and ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and risk management during project planning and throughout the design process.
